Team Programs in General

Team Programs and "Team Building" have been around since the end of World War 2, when the military was looking for ways to quickly transfer the leadership skills of thousands of military men and women before they left for civilian life.  It's where the whole "get across a river using two barrels and a plank" thing began.

Almost all team building products and games out there are well known and more than 50 years old.  They are good products, but most of us weren't even born when they were new.

We took some old ideas from Team Building and classroom training, added some new ideas from Simulation and modern leadership, and came up with something different and original.

Different How?

• Content - You won't find any of the usual Team Building games or one-dimensional pep talks on our programs.
• Method - You will find participation, fun, learning, results and credible facilitators when you come out with us.
