John Kolm
CEO
John Kolm worked in the Intelligence Community from 1983 till 1993.
He left Government in 1995 as Operations Director of Australia’s
FDA, founding Team Results so as to learn more about human beings at work. In
2004 he wrote Crocodile Charlie and the Holy Grail.a global
best-seller on success and leadership at work. John has
Psychology and Math degrees and lives in Bethesda MD with his wife
and son.
Simon Willis
Simon Willis is a retired two-star Army general whose roles included Commander of all U.N. mandated Peacekeeping forces in Papua New Guinea, Head of Education and Training for the Australian Defense Force and Australian Defense Attaché to the U.S. Simon still advises high levels of the U.S. government and has studied leadership at Harvard, the U.S. Army War College and in Pakistan. He lives in Washington DC with his wife and has a grown family.

Mike Ring
Mike Ring served for over two decades in U.S. Special Operations and is a career professional in leadership training and small team dynamics. He consults and acts in an advisory role in irregular warfare and team dynamics to U.S. Embassies, heads of State, Congressional members, law enforcement officials and military commanders. Mike holds degrees in Management and Psychology and is also a company CEO in his own right.
Denise Chase
Dr Denise Chase is a professional program and workshop facilitator with a doctorate in Educational Research and Evaluation. Dr Chase is a retired Principal from Fairfax County, Virginia. Her appointments include Chair of several Dissertation Committees at the Fischler School of Education at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Denise also has 18 years’ practical experience in workshop facilitation and leadership, and is a respected authority in the field.

Steve Elm
Steve Elm is a master facilitator and professional development specialist who is also a member of the Oneida Indian Nation and a leading figure in the American Indian community. His facilitation credentials include programs at Manchester University in England, Columbia University and the Wolf Trap Center for the Performing Arts. Steve is a graduate in Theater and has movie credits.
Terlene Terry-Todd
Terlene Terry-Todd (Terry) is a master facilitator with some 35 years’ experience. She has a Masters’ degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Northern Colorado, and is CEO of her own professional development company. Terry’s appointments include Howard University, the Wolf Trap Education Foundation and the American University in Washington D.C. In 2008 she was recognized by the NAACP as Martin Luther King Educator of the Year.

Cory Lutz
Technical Director Cory Lutz is in charge of the setups for all our programs. Also an Information Technology student at Johns Hopkins, Cory has a lot of experience across a variety of work teams, having been in continual employment since high school. He has worked as head of technical setup and safety at Team Results USA since 2006 .
Chris Elmore
Technician Chris Elmore is an experienced site supervisor, special events crew chief and technical setup specialist whose credits include work for the Preakness, the Smithsonian Institution, the WWII Memorial dedication in Washington DC and a long list of internationally-known musicians. Chris also has his own contracting business and is an experienced work team leader.
