Venues

Although there is a lot that can be done at your work location, we recommend that you take your work team offsite if possible.  Overnight stays of one to two nights are also highly recommended, and we have some excellent and proven venue choices that offer great value for money. We're flexible, too - recognising that budgets and time are a reality.

Team Results does not accept commissions from any venue.  Our advice is impartial and tailored to your needs.

Trentham, Victoria
A beautiful, secluded venue on a hilltop with terrific grounds.
Wonderful country food and cosy rooms that people love.
About an hour and a half's drive from Melbourne.

A larger, modern venue also with terrific grounds.

Point Cook, Victoria
A scenic rural venue in a very pleasant beach setting.
B&B style with good food and pleasant cottage-style rooms.
About half an hour's drive from Melbourne.

NSW, WA, QLD, SA, NT and TAS
We often fly (we have a special kit of setups that can fly with us) and have run programs in every State and Territory.  There are several dozen proven venues we've used all over Australia.  Chances are we already have a venue that's ideal for you, and if not, we have the resources to find a suitable venue very quickly.

Overseas
We also go overseas (again with a special kit of setups that can fly with us).  We've run programs in China, Singapore, Thailand, Papua New Guinea (that was an interesting one) and the USA.  We have local language support in all these countries and others.

About Venues

• Venues are important. We have exacting requirements for venues, so that you get a result that is truly exceptional.
• But, venues need not be expensive. Luxury is available but not at all necessary for a great team program.
• All venues we recommend have been inspected and proven for your program.
• If you have your own venue in mind, we can usually make it work.
